R.I.T.C is optimistic about creating a better quality of life in their community & at home. R.I.T.C strives on our rebirth, combining everything we learned from our challenges while serving the population of Developmental Disabilities. A partnership created with love, positivity, strength & wisdom. Exceeding the limits of kindness, warmness & joy as we guide our individuals on a journey to prepare them for a better quality of life. R.I.T.C focuses on individualized care & lending a helping hand to ensure our individuals have the tools necessary to survive. Turning a barrier into a strength by staying consistent with advocating daily living skills.  R.I.T.C strives to achieve this vision, by creating exceptional leadership and advocacy opportunities for all who desire to increase determination. We developed programs to exhibit and mentor individuals to challenge their self-reliance by encouraging, being persistent, and promoting independent living.
